What happened: ServiceNow (NOW) and Google Cloud expanded their partnership on April 22, launching interoperable AI agents for autonomous operations. Meanwhile, Amazon secured a $138 billion multiyear contract with OpenAI, while Oracle's backlog is over half OpenAI-related. EQT partnered with Google Cloud to accelerate AI adoption across its portfolio, involving 35 engineers.

Market impact: These collaborations drive cloud demand, particularly for AI services. They benefit cloud providers like Google Cloud and, indirectly, their partners like ServiceNow.
